Nearest shop is only 5 minutes of walking from house and there are also many other shops around island. Also, there is possibility to buy fish or fruits from local citiznes which is the best way to taste native food and traditional croatian gastronomy.

Nearest restaurant is 200meters from house so when you get tired of swiming and scuba diving, you can have dinner with your friends and family in nearest Dalmatian restaurant. Also there are many restaurants around island and they all have one thing in common. Delicious food and polite and human approach to their guests. Post office is located in ferry port that is 5 minutes of walking from the house.

Traditional cuisine
The imperial island Lastovo is a place where for 9 centuries kings and emperors enjoyed in its wine, olive oil and herbs.One can enjoy in various sea delicacies especially in one of the oldest lastovos custom – sardines on skewer, eel stew, grilled moray and in sweets like fritters, sweets made from quince and “skalice”.If you like meat more there are several farm house holds where ships,goats or chicken are grown and prepared under “the bell” – peka.
About house
Villa Lastovo( island Lastovo, Croatia ) is beautiful 3 floor mediterranean house with huge tropic trees and plants that are giving this house unique natural shadow. Sea is only 5 meters from house and private parking and beach are included. Also there is a garden with plants and beautiful wood behind the house so total privacy is guaranteed. For best experience we recommend you to rent "Whole house" but with "Apartment 1" and "Apartment 2" you will have unique experience.

Villa Lastovo offers you two apartmants that you can rent. Apartment 1 is bigger one and it is two floor apartment(floor 1 + floor 2) perfect for ideal vacation. Apartment 2(floor 3) is smaller one,perfect for 4 persons and located on top floor.

About island Lastovo
Lastovo‘s island is declared in 2006 as park of nature. sIf you like swimming,sunbathing,sailing,jogging mixed with pure and clear nature, Lastovo is best place for your vacation. Bicycles, scouters or even jet skies are available and the most beautiful thing to do is to go scuba diving and discover entire sea‘s underworld.
How to get here
First station is town Split, Croatia. From there you can come to island Lastovo by:
Put your car to ferry and enjoy your ride. Ferry is going twice a day in the morning and in afternoon
Of course, you can come without your car. Then you have a choice between ferry(accepts car and apssengers) and fast boat(accept only passengers). Ride with fast boat is around 2 hours long. Also, on island you can rent bycicles,motors or scouters.
From 2015 there is a chance that you come to island Lastovo with seaplane. It goes from Split and for 40min you are on island Lastovo. Also, some of our guests(especially from Scandinavia) likes to come to town Split with airplane. Then you come to International Airport Split, take taxi to city center and from there chose your transportation to come on island Lastovo.
What boat to take
When you come to town Split, you can choose two types of boat:
Ferry - it is a big boat that goes from town Split to island Lastovo( it stops on island Korčula and Hvar) that takes cars and passengers. Ride is very pleasant almost like a small cruse trip and it lasts for around 4 hours.
Fast boat(Katamaran) - Ride with fast boat is around 2 hours long and it takes only passenger(without cars). It is cheaper than a ferry and much faster way to come on island Lastovo.
